Marriage certificate is not necessary . I myself apply for my kids with passport and brp photocopy of my hubby only and got certificate in March 2014 without any prob . About NCS I have no idea

Yes any parent who has ilr he/she has to send photocopy of passport and I brp . When I apply for my kids only my hubby had ilr so I attach only his details .

Thanks for he replies .i talked to ho and they said the same that take as many proofs as possible to show the previous name and then the current one.she doesnot have any brp her Ilr is stamped on passport .

Don't trust ho call centre they don't know anything .for my younger kids he is 1.5 years i took reference signature from my neighbour and my hubby manager both are professional and received certificate without any problem and for British passport my older child teacher sign for all three including m...

For your first part of question apply through NSC service and they will take the photocopies and send you case while you will be able to keep originals with you. Same is the case with me they just throw the passports through letter box .

Home office accept laminated documents it's confirm but passport department never accept it .i read this while applying for my kids British passport you can read in guidance book .also suggest don't laminated your certificate till you get passport .hope this helps

It does not make any diff even if the test change because I pass 2nd edition test in dec 2012 .apply for ILR in feb 2014 and attach the old life in uk test got ILR without any problem and even I confirm from ho that if anyone pass any life in uk test it remains valid for whole life

If your ILR issue date is after her birth then yes you have to apply using mn1 section 1(3) and then for passport .if you do it now that will be better .i apply for my kids mn1 in dec got certificate on 21 mar and then passport on 11 April .so better apply now some time they take long time in proces...

Yes if you have pakistani identity card which is either nicop then you don't need visa .just use that card with British passport .or if you have pakistani passport you can also travel on that with British passport

My time came as student dependent sep 2006 till dec 2011
Got psw dependent feb 2012 to feb 2014
Got flr(m) and ILR same day in Croydon peo on 3 feb 2014 ( it means psw dep time counts for before July 2012 dep )
