Don't worry it's remain valid till it validity date but do apply before expiry .

Thank you Amber...... so i assume that i need to give B1 english and LIfe in the UK test. if you have uk bachelor degree you can use that as well or equalant to it if get the naric comparability certificate.yes with life in uk what documents apart from passport and photographs do i have to send UKB...

What do you mean by copy (photo copy).?
My original certificate was damaged while I was trying to laminate it then I order another copy of it and used it in peo got ILR without any problem.

People who applied before 6th. Their application will decide according to rules in place 5th of april. It is clearly mentioned in the start of document HC1138. new rules are not specifically for long residence dependents its for every dependent who is applying for spouse visa of a person who is settled or British and every one knows very well now that 10 years applicants wont be able to apply for dependents with them so they have to use rules which are for...

2 year route is without any specific income and 5 year route is you have to show 18600 income to get 2.5 year spouse visa and u have to extend 1 more time then she will be eligible for ilr
