Leave it blank it's from third part except you who is giving you any financial supports like your parents or friends.

In simple words every dependent of long residence will be under new rules means showing income threshold plus 5 years wait for ILR who applies for dependent visa of settled person after 6 April .if you read. I of my friend got flr in Cardiff peo without showing financial threshold .hubby got ILR due to long residency and wife was on tier 1 visa .

Set(m) doesn't require any specific income .if you got flr before 6 April and your dependent is here before July 2012 then you can apply set m anytime . I send who passport copy of my hubby for kids registration plus brp copy and received bc certificate without any problem.if you don't want to send original I recommend you send whole passport copy including blank pages .

They are holding flr form for those who are sending by post .if your appointment is before 6 April then you are worrying for nothing .if you are not filling section 7A then you don't need to provide any specific income .they know you are student and you won't be able to show such income .dont worry ...

What I suggest is based on this assumption that the main applicant is ILR holder and dependent is applying on the basis of dependent of a person who is NOW settled .i am saying this because if you are keeping pbs in mind then you would not fill this form it's British and settled person dependent for...
