Ho is considering date when they receive application not when they are deciding .yes you can send it with your application also write a letter to request home office to hold your dependent application until they decide for you and attach it with your dependent.

Just fill the section 4 till 4.3 or more according to your situation and then in 4.9 just write we already register our child as British by virtue of section 1(3) BNA .i did the same and got my ILR in Croydon peo without any question.leave all other question as don't fill children detail.

I applied in Croydon peo on 3 feb 2014 . My hubby total income after deduction is 18000 . I am in uk since 2006 . Have 3 kids but never applied for their ILR as I apply for their bc. Don't worry u will be fine as for ILR their is no special financial requirement for before July 2012 applicant .

I have no idea about set(o) form but if you are applying for your wife on set(m) then u just need atleast 3 month statement and payslip. For flr only English level a1 is require .if your wife is here before July 2012 then you have to show atleast 3 months payslip plus statements no specific amount required ,but if she is here after 2012 then you have to show income of 18600 .

There is no financial requirement .i attach 4 month bank statement and payslips of my hubby .english requirement and life in uk is the main requirement with address proof and got ILR without any problem. Yes she can travel if she use NCS
