Then it must be set(o) .but still I suggest take both forms with you but talk to them and clearly mention them that you want to submit correct form before handling them your case.dont worry staff will definitely help you .

It depends how you get your ILR .if u get your ILR by work permit then form is set(o) and otherwise set(m). What I suggest is you take both forms fully prepared with all supporting documents and let them know at the office that you are confuse about form so if they want other form you have that one ...

When your child was born if you were holding ILR then I think she will be register as British otherwise you have to apply for her ILR and then British citizenship .this is what I learn from this forum but plz ...

You can do PET exam which is almost 3 hour exams or GESE grade 5 exam only 10 mint exams .both test not need any course just sit for exam

I call ho for my kids registration and u won't believe it's still in progress send on 27 dec 2013 .i really think getting ILR is easier then this registration and can understand how u all are feeling .

Yes he has to show earning but in few days time decision is expected regarding earning as the case is in high court so it's better to wait .till that time gather your proofs

Yes IELTS or esol is acceptable but I don't know if we compare how much you have to score but I search online it is showing marks between 4.0 to 5.0.i myself did pet exam b1level if you search online you will get all the info and for her wife home office required speaking and listening qualification...

Ho is considering the date you post your application not the time they took to decide for application .if your visa is expiring on 27 feb and you send the application on 27 feb then you are on time even if ho will take 1 year for decision. Set(m) is not demanding any specific amount of income, I show 4 month statement and payslips of my hubby who is earning 1500 per month and got visa without any income issue in Croydon peo. Only my hubby is working

arrange papers in a way that case worker get what he wants according to dates but you don't need any folders because they are giving yoy transparent folder and you just put all your papers in that folder

I don't know which mail you are taking about .i got mail from homeoffice and it didn't say that my visa will be invalid it just says that pbs depent is not consider dependent of 10 year long residence dependent ( still other category dependents are consider ILR dependent) so for them to consider us ...
