I am not sure but I am guessing if you read the Yasin 33 case ho says your app is out of time as it's sent 31 days after the rejection so what I guess is they are giving margin of 28 days .plz don't worry you will get visa .always think positive thankyou sswz. Any dependent visa of pbs applicant also count towards 2 year.
I got ILR as dependent in feb 2014 .hubby got ILR in dec 2013 . So it's no necessary to be spouse of settled person if she was your dependent before the she can apply today tomorrow any time.

No she can apply for ILR but I am not sure about form.dependents who came in uk or get visa before July 2012 of persons who are now settled came under old rule.just call ho and confirm which form she need .my guess is set(o) if you are work permit holder and get ILR on that basis .

No mu hubby got due to long residency .and I myself as dependent .i am in uk sine 2006 as dependent of student + psw. Yes it valid till the date of its validity . My huby got ILR in dec 13 .i myself applied and got ILR in feb just before the end of my VISA .don't worry at all . That is good to hear....
