If she has a valid visa till the date she is completing 10 years then she should wait and then apply on set(lr).but if her visa is expiring the she has to extend it some how.

I don't think so it's possible .,because for mn1 they require proof of your ILR passport with child birth certificate I got ILR approval date is 17 Feb. DX make mistake to deliver BRP and I have requested home office to redeliver. Without BRP ,MN1 is possible to register my as as a British Citizen?

I was tier 1 dependent ,got ILR in feb 2014 .we show 3000 in account .as there is no requirement for those under old rules .

Don't you think it's best to apply again.you can satisfy ho on both objections . Take English test and attach it. Trinity college GESE exams is easiest exam 10 min speaking and listening . Yes you can apply straight away after getting flr(m) Email I'd is FamilyOpsPolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk No funds required but still you have to show that you can maintain yourself Thanks for the reply so there are 2 situations... 1. Yes if she has a degree outside of uk .otherwise she can fulfill English requirement by taking english test
