U have enough time so just apply for your ILR in August 28 days before 10 year completion .when you get the ILR then apply for your wife flr in peo and then set(m) peo so u will get the decision same day .as you wife is here befor July 2012 so she is under old rule. this is what my hubby send for long residence application in aug 13 and get ilr in dec 13 all passport covering 10 years life in uk marriage certificate just to prove reason of absence brp card photo 2 you need one more thing English requirement . no working history needed nothing but i have no idea...

our child born in 2012 never applied for any visa we were on psw at that time .in 2014 we apply for their citizenship as we got ilr.unless you are travelling no need to apply for visa

If u read on ho site it clearly says don't mention any fun if court is not involved .i recommend u search criminal conviction on home office site and it will give to clear idea .its up to you if you want to disclose or not as in your case court is not involved so don't worry It's not a criminal conv...

Not for flr(m) as this you can apply anytime but for set(m) you can apply 28 days before 2 years completion as spouse

It's not a criminal conviction .it should be filled in civil penalty section same did my husband when we apply for ILR .hubby got 3 points and 300 fine through court because by mistake we send wrong counter part and case forwarded to court but this never effect our ILR .we got it in 4 months .hope t...

As your wife fall under new rules so she can apply for indefinite after 5 years in this case the best option is apply for your ILR.
