Passport and documents deliver by Royal Mail .and brp card came in simple brown envelop without any logo on it so don't know about company .

I think you should check your question again because you are mixing flr(m) and set(M). set(M) is ilr for dependent and it requires both life in uk and English test but flr(M) is further leave to remain and it require english proof . If calculator is showing your university then just take print out and u don't need any more English proof
2nd option is use naric certificate even then you don't need English test.
3rd option is take English test and use that certificate.

No you have to submit all originals .
