First of all I want to say sorry to keep you all waiting for so long but the problem is Croydon is far from my home and I have to do some work on my way back so I just get the time to tell you whole story.u all are correct it's not a good day for me but at least it's a happy ending so I am happy now...

Got ILR but not visa direct set (m)

Will update whole story at night just to give u a little info that I got ILR but first I have to submit flr(m) and then set (m ) is granted .

I never heard of anyone who got old brp, it must be new .

Passport and documents deliver by Royal Mail .and brp card came in simple brown envelop without any logo on it so don't know about company .

It's very clearly discussed in this form that when you get ILR because of long residency your dependent will have to apply for flr(m) and then settlement .i also post home office mail regarding this matter .also your wife is here just 7 months ago so she came under new rules means she can apply for ...

Yes indeed if you are applying on set(lr) long residency then your dependent has to apply for flr(m) and then set(m) and you can do this before expiring dependent visa and it all depends if you fall under old or new rules .but you can ask senior members as well .this is what my situation and I learn...

If calculator is showing your university then just take print out and u don't need any more English proof
2nd option is use naric certificate even then you don't need English test.
3rd option is take English test and use that certificate.
