u dont have to send originals dont worry .i myself send all the copies of my hubby document and got certificate without any issue .but make sure u send full passport copy means all the pages even if they are blank . if still case worker wants original he will write to you but they cant reject the ca...

Another confirmation from my side . My parents and younger brother apply for visit visa on 9march and it was rejected on 30 March before that we recieved the same mails which says your application has been processed and at the end that don't buy tickets till you receive your documents so its confirm...

I guess just send the treaty right papers plus covering letter explaining that both test are with them also attach photocopy of life in uk and englisht test . Also wait for senior members to reply .

How is it possible ? She can apply for family visitor visa which cost the same as general visitor . The only difference between these visa is that the visitor coming to uk is visiting family or just want to visit uk with no relatives at all

No home office should receive her app after 1 /12 /2015 . Also she should be present here is il physically exact date 3 years back on the date home office receive her application .

As a British spouse the rule is u will be here for at least 3 years. The rule which says u should be on ILR for last 1 year is for others who are applying on 5 year residence category

Then I guess simple send both the applications and in your wife application also include in covering letter that as soon as u get the acknowledgement letter u will send them for reference so ask to hold your wife visa . About Cohab letters include 1 Nha cards 2 mobiles bills 3 council tax 4 tenancy ...

You should tell them to correct the address and send again . This is the only option call them again and ask to send it on right address

I got both visas same day in Croydon on 3 feb 2014 .

LAST YEAR i used b1 eng test for both flr (m) and set(m).

as u can apply 28 days before ilr qualifying period so my suggestion is send your ilr .when u receive your acknowledgement then send your wife application with all the documents and photocopy of your passport (all pages) and brp also u have to write a covering letter that ho should hold your wife ap...

she should be present 3 years back .as for 3 year there is no such requirement that she has to complete 1 year on ilr which is for 5 year category .so u will be fine and there is no such thing that u should be present 1 year back .hope this helps

she can apply on 5 year basis if u are not british .so that means she can apply in jan 2016 or else if u will get naturalized then she can apply any time after that make sure that she will be present 5 or 3 year back in uk the date when ho will receive application.

Employment is not the requirement they ask for reference number for those who are employed and they check if tax is paid or not . If your not working then no tax issue so that's not a problem . That's not the case . Dependent can apply with applicant as mostly their visa length is same like main applicants so don't worry u will be fine . It's a standard procedure

On 10 year basis there is no financial requirement even u don't have to send statement . What u need is English test or degree , life in uk test and last 10 years passport
