https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/226696/Marriage_NOC.pdf Hi, thanks for your reply. Hi, I gave my passport for renewal on 15th Nov to Cardiff office and the mission was London. I had to give over there as no appointment was available in London. I've got ILR visa now and today is the 7th working day if I count from 15th - the day when the application was submitted. I've read that it...

Re: Indian Passport renewal timelines at London

Unfortunately, my experience with HCI has been disappointing. Applied in London, its been over THREE weeks (17 workings days) and no re-issue still. VFS is efficient, HCI moves at snails pace. HCI replies to email but with rhetorical assurances. Hi Londondian, did you manage to get your passport ba...

As far as I remember, I got my first Tier 2 General in Oct 2013. ? look in your passport or BRP for the exact date. Hi Manci, I'll have to search for the letter that came with old biometric card. Re: What if valid until date doesn't match work end date on

I am not sure why they gave you around 6 months less in your visa. I am not sure what can be done about it. Your employer can ask on sponsorship help line maybe. I would wait for some senior member to comment on this. But the bright side is that you can apply for ILR after 5 years which should be o...

Re: What if valid until date doesn't match work end date on

What was the start date of your first Tier 2 General Visa? On Tier 2 visa the maximum stay is capped for 6 years unless it was allocated before April 2011. Though after 5 years you can apply for ILR and stay as long as you want. But if for some reason you dont go for ILR you can not stay on Tier 2 ...
