so if we did't received any latter from Gerry or Islamabad visa office so can we take all documents and submit in Gerry with appointment after compilation of 28 days

its mean appeal allowed is not a visa so we have to wait next 28 days after that Gerry will call us or send documents
we received latter on 20th November 2013 so we have to wait till 18th December 2013 after this date then my mother contact with Gerry or they send us latter after 18th December 2013
