Hi, I have 2 question. 1. Had 2 yrs left out of 5 year cap. Got admission & visa on 24 mth course. Started course on 4th Feb 2014 but college suspended in June 2014 & revoked on 1st Aug 2014. Will I get these 6 mths back (Feb-Aug) as college revoked before I completed my course or 6 mths be ...

She cannot qualify for residence card. An extended family member, cannot qualify solely on the basis of post entry dependancy. Pre-entry dependancy is a prerequisite to qualifying.
