Hi my wife went today to our local NCS for her application and was told to wait till May unless she want her application to be refused :( as she have 3 points on her licence because of using mobile while driving which she got in may 2011 from Court and that is her only conviction ...i was advised by...

it doesn't make any difference they just come with you but it doesnt help the outcome of your application

Please everyone comment on this.... At my new job there is a guy claiming to have got ILR only after one year of coming into the uk and i challenged him that this is not possible furthermore he said he have got ILR for USA and UAE.....

everything is fine in accordance with your last post i will declare in 3.6 but how about ticking 6.7 and writing something in 6.8 on form AN...

it was from court after the appeal ..and i am british...

so its good to wait till may 2014 when 3 years are over to be on safe side ...

It was a success Amber and havent got words to thank you ...Really really appreciate all your effort ....
now moving forward to her naturalisation will her 3 points on licence which she got in may 2011 for using mobile gonna affect ...i did mention them in ilr application....

My wife is near to the completion of her 2 year qualifying period i have booked an appointment 21 days before the expiry so is that ok because we can apply 28 days before. does applying that early have an impact on the application? i am studying in university and working part time plus getting stude...
