Hi my wife went today to our local NCS for her application and was told to wait till May unless she want her application to be refused :( as she have 3 points on her licence because of using mobile while driving which she got in may 2011 from Court and that is her only conviction ...i was advised by...

Please everyone comment on this.... At my new job there is a guy claiming to have got ILR only after one year of coming into the uk and i challenged him that this is not possible furthermore he said he have got ILR for USA and UAE.....

we have decided to go ahead and apply for her BC but while filling the AN shall i tick 6.7 and put details about her points in 6.8 ??

It was a success Amber and havent got words to thank you ...Really really appreciate all your effort ....
now moving forward to her naturalisation will her 3 points on licence which she got in may 2011 for using mobile gonna affect ...i did mention them in ilr application....
