My update is

I am still waiting for new grounds to be prepared for fresh refusal letter which has been received by HO.
I don't know when this nightmare will be over ?

That's right QC Hon.Blair gave permission for paper application, wanted us to come to agreement b/w ourselves,hence stayed matter till 23rd DEC 2013. If you still want to proceed papers should be filed with amended grounds if any by jan 2014, and feb 2014 for them. HO have thrown spanner into works ...

Just before they should have conceded they sent different rejection letter dated 27th Nov, but received on 02nd Feb 2014.
How can it so long is a mystery ?

HO needs to make decision based on rules at the time of application. They cant use current rules for application pending for years.

@Basra They can make decisions without defendant filing AOS. Judge will and can proceed without them. Its only good news if they haven't filed any AOS. No response from HO, my solicitor has sent letters that we would like pursue with JR.

Hopefully i would get sooner date ?

Does anybody know when you would you get hearing date approximately after both have filed ?

Judge has already given permission for paper application.

I honestly dont understand attitude of TSOL, when i tried to contact them, almost bit my head off, it doesnt cost you anything to be bit polite now and then !!!!

Court had given time till 23rd Dec to settle case. But I havent heard anything back from HO.

JR Applied : 10th June 2013

They asked for 4 extension.

They asked me to consider case and reach decision within 3 months
which we didnt accept

Court gave time till Monday, let us see what happens !!!
