Re: Thanks

Dhavaluk: Let me clarify one thing. Does one need to provide evidence of 2-year relationship if he/she is officially married? My understanding is that this kind of evidence is needed only for common law partners. Author: As for hiring an agent, i think that you souldn't do that. Just read this forum...

they are very straight forward in their work. THey need everythign in formal format and on paper. You must mail them the UT request in tis format.

Still, nothing wrong in trying simple email requesting to speed up.

Re: Does Home Office always send ack.

I got my acknowledgement on the next day after my card had been charged. I think it depends a lot on the person who handles your case. As everywhere else, there are good bad employees working for the HO.

Maximum period of time to enter the UK after HSMP approval?

Sorry if its a stupid question...anyway, I'd like to clarify one thing. Is it possible to legally leave in 6 months from the moment one recieves an HSMP approval letter? For example, if I get the approval letter on the 1st of July, I will need to apply for EC within 3 months. When I get EC, will I h...

Thanks, dhavaluk. Are there any official documents that support your opinion?

Should i send an urgent treatment request now?

My HSMP application was recieved by the HO on the 1st of June. A few days ago I got a pretty good verbal job offer from a company in my home country. Since I know people in that company very well, I guess they will not issue any written offer, they'll just give me a contract to sign if i accept the ...

Kotiara you have mentioned the Candian immigration but even though taking more time the one advantage is that Canada gives you PR status directly so there is no ambiguity in your working status the moment you enter the country unlike the HSMP. Yeah I agree, but many people have to wait a few years ...
