Im going to apply ilr on the basis of 10 years. i used 2 credit cards 4 years bk and never pay them bk but i never received any letter abt ccj from any where but debt collection companies keep contacting me till now. any advice plz.

You need to first switch to FLR(M) and then board ILR. IMHO, Hence it will make sense to send separate envelopes.
