They called her mobile first but she was on her way to work so she asked that they call her on work number (no signal where she works so easier to call on work number). They needed to verify her passport number as she entered it incorrectly on the form. They verified it over the phone. Thanks excite...

I was told that my application is stuck because they have sent mail to the office address of the counter signatory. In unfortunately the office is saying they havenot received any post. Passport application- return of documents

From looking at the timeline, most documents are returned a week after application of new passport. I've not had mine back yet and it's been over a week. Wondering if it's because I chose secure delivery. Anyone else chose secure delivery? And if so how quickly did you get your documents back?
