You can't supply what you don't have, can you? It depends on when you apply and it's not compulsory.

Re: Refused Visit for Mother in law please help with the ap

No,you can't. It won't change anything, it's clearly written they've got no problem with you being able to sponsor her, which is one aspect.
The onus is on her to proof beyond reasonable doubt that she's got every reason to go back at the end of her visit.

Re: Appendix 2 form -Help needed

I have always thought one should be enough, but someone said he had to fill two. I think it's better to fill two or three and they can decide the one they want, having more than enough is better than if it's not enough I reckon.

Re: spouse visa through self employment

Don't know much about self employment but it causes this kind of problem.
Are you not working, it doesn't have to be her income.
If you meet the financial requirement and you're PAYE, why not use that?

Reference to above post how can you satisfy the visa clearance officer if you are going to sponsor fully. IN terms of documentation or anything. Experts Please comments. There's nothing like "sponsor fully" in this present dispensation, she'll still need to prove she's going back with evid...

Re: Spouse Visa from Pakistan, Please help if you can

A property inspection report is mandatory. Don't send it off without it. Contact the council public health department and they should send someone out. I thought it was mandatory for shared accommodation?! not self contained ones. Are you sure about this? I was also reading another thread about evi...

Re: About the CAT A Requirements

The rule says you must be in employment as at the time of your application and present a bank statements with payslips to show that. So as long as you believe you're in employment, you can present all required evidence and right taxes have been paid. If she's away while an application is going on an...

Re: Applying for Spouse Visa after 6month

I'm not being funny, but you've got a choice either to believe your solicitor or me. I got the information here, used it and it worked. He's right if you're in salaried employment but wrong if it's non salaried. Non salaried employment is if you're paid hourly for the job you do which I believe it's t...

Re: FLRM Financial Headache ANY one help : Moderators please

Your income in 6 month is 9110,if you multiply by 2,your annual income will be 18220. You wife's income 6 month prior her maternity is 4849,her annual income is 4849 multiply by 2, 9698. 18220+9698=27918. You meet the financial requirement and there shouldn't be any problem provided you can provide:...

State your gross in the last 6 months, preferably for each month.
You should also know people on here are not bound by any obligation to respond to your query at the time you want,it has happened to everyone before.

It's not a must to change your name by law,as long you're living together and can prove that.
Using your maiden name has no effect on your application whatsoever.

Re: Applying for Spouse Visa after 6month

That info that you can't use 1500 isn't 100% correct. If you're in non salaried employment, your income can fluctuate and as long as you have 9300 in 6 months, you will be fine for application without any kid. As for contract, it doesn't really matter, all you need is a letter stating what your income...

Re: Payslips & tax Question FLR M at PEO

Your pay slips are Ok.
You're applying in February, I don't see how you'll get p60,you don't need it.
As long as your proofs of finances are not older than 28 days, you should be fine.
Of course, they'll check whatever they need to check.

It makes perfect sense, the way you just stated it. And two should be stated. What I'm trying to say is that the gross annual income is showing on the letter. And that I can calculate the gross annual income myself over the last 12 months for it's showing on my payslips. Nevertheless, let me put my ...

Didn't you include tenancy agreement or any lease holding documents in your application?
I don't know your council but may be you didn't explain you need housing inspection report,a lot of council do that.

Re: Spouse Visa, letter from employer

That letter can confuse entry officers just like it's confusing on here. If you're in non salaried employment, add your income in the last 12 months and take it to your employer. That's what they need for immigration purpose, not what you've been told when you start the job. Then, they need to also st...

changing address after application

I hope more experienced member can help me out with this. If one changes address after applying for spouse visa and I've informed them of the change of address. Would they ask for a new tenancy agreement? And a letter from landlord, if my Mrs is also a witness to the agreement. It's a bit confusing ...
