Re: spouse visa - tricky accommodation requirement

Bills, council tax and all that haven't got any effect on your application tbh. Well,if I were you,I won't change my address for now,I will ask my present landlord if my partner can stay with me and if he can give me required letter because some landlord can be funny at times. Secondly, I'll do the ...

Re: spouse visa - tricky accommodation requirement

Actually ... I have the same worries . From what I read and understood: as long as I get a tenancy agreement of 6 month or more *willing to renew* at the time of the visa application , and a letter from landlord that your wife can live there ... then all is good :) actually, how about council tax d...

Re: Advice sought on visa refusal - philippines fiance

Do it yourself, provided you can present evidence required. I can assure you that it might not even get to court before you're called to submit your passport for visa. As long as the mistake is there's, you have a strong case.

Re: Contract is weekly but paid montly

The important thing you need is to present your pay slips in the last 6 months, with the last or recent not older than 28 days. It makes sense to sort out the baby's passport bcos that will increase the financial requirement you're relying on. For accommodation, baby will not be counted as adult, so...

Re: Family Settlement

You'll need to work for at least 6 months if you haven't been working in the past 6 months. You can't combine the income if you're relying on cat A or 6 months route.
The best way you can bring your family in this circumstance is to be patient.

Re: Financial Requirement for Spouse and Dependents

Financial requirement isn't dependent on what you've earned in a tax year,it's what you've earned in 6 months or in the past one year, provided you meet the amount you need to qualify. You can read more about it here https://www.gov.uk/.../AnnexFM_Section_ ... Requiremen

Let's be honest,if they allow that then the next we're going to ask for is our brothers and sisters to be allowed next. A lot of us will abuse it,the country has been through all that before. I know if it were possible some of us will bring ALL of our family members down here,it's good for individua...

Re: specific FLR (m) Category B question

Rayking, I believe under Category B, a Person does not need to show that they have been working for 12 months. Less that 12 months is fine, provided the person had earned that 18,600 over the 12 months period leading to the application, which is what the OP is saying is his case. Oh,now i got your ...

Re: specific FLR (m) Category B question

The difficulty for me is that your wife is not considered as Employed for the purpose of Category B, but rather as a person who falls within Cat F or G. She is a director of a company and hence considered under Category F or G. Obie, she left her position as a director of the company in Sept 2014, ...

No,it has no effect on the application. Do make sure your employer writes the letter as eco wants it,not the way the employer thinks it should be Ok. And how does ECO want it ... is there an example ?! I will not be able to get a contract :( apart from a simple letter from HR, stating my info + sta...

Re: TWO JOBS FINICIAL REQUIREMENT ( HUSBAND +WIFE)

Your wife needs to have worked for 6 months at least, you can't use 2 months to combine income.
Moreover, as long as 150 is part of your gross income and it's showing in your account. If not, you can't use it.
