Re: Changing jobs prior or during an application

Sorry to hear about that.changing job really doesn't affect your application except the fact that you can't apply under cat A,cat B will be your best bet. It has no effect as long as you meet the financial requirement and you're employed when you apply. All you need to do is to explain the fact that...

Re: Recoomended Immigration advice / lawyer in Glasgow?

Your girlfriend can come on fiancee visa if you plan to get married in UK and provided you meet the requirements and she does too. As per meeting the financial requirement, you should be fine if you get some form of DLA. It's something you can do on your own as it's not a rocket science tbh. Read th...

That should be cat A 1.Your current income will be 30000 2.as above or current 3.since you're relying on your income, put yours there. You'll then explain it in the space for additional information, attaching evidence of the salary increment. Just answer what's on the form and you can explain whateve...

Re: Do I need 6 months wage slips or 12 months (Spouse Visa)

@ euroyousuf, think you need to state the exact words as written by ECO,if you've earned 9600 as you've stated there's no reason why you should be refused. I suggest you post the exact text of the refusal.Obviously something is missing or the ECO made a mistake.

The rule states the money must reflect in your account,it will be difficult to proof this as you've not been paying it into your account.

Re: £18600 Financial Requirement with 2 jobs

Well,if you believe income can't be combined, the best is for you to wait till you're confident to apply. The example given is simple to understand in my opinion, she is on salary of 20000 per annum and she started the job 3 weeks b4 application but she hasn't GOT ANY OTHER JOB PRIOR TO HER THE NEW ...

Re: docs and funds for family visitor visa

Honestly, it's not about what you tell them in the letter,if that's the case don't you think no one will be refused? It's about what you present to show this person will go back. For instance, someone with a good job and earning will go back on probability than someone who hasn't. That's my opinion, ...

Re: £18600 Financial Requirement with 2 jobs

To be honest, I don't understand your question, I think it's always best to ask question as it is peculiar to you,ppl always have different scenario. All I know is that with cat B,you've earned the money,it doesn't matter if it's 5 jobs or 2,that's y the pay slips will be for 12 months.it's simply a...

Re: docs and funds for family visitor visa

I'm afraid your sister needs to proof more than you've actually got,if you state she's unemployed, that will be taken as she won't be going back.if she's employed, then she needs to submit all or some of the docs you've got as well. She is the one that needs to proof her finances and tie to her home c...

Your mum can't get a visa for a year obviously, it's 6 months she can get. Thirdly, it will be difficult to obtain that as it's gonna be your first time as well. Of c...

Re: £18600 Financial Requirement with 2 jobs

I can understand your frustration, unfortunately this people don't see it that way.Everything has to be proven beyond reasonable doubt. Pay slips you need to show depend on what cat you're applying on. 6 months for cat A 12 months for cat B If 2 jobs, all your pay slips for 6 months under cat A If 2 j...

Re: Switch from Tier 5 YMS to FLR (M) - (No) right to work?

You can send mail directly to home office and attach it if it's a positive response to your application as evidence they're the one that told you so,keep a copy as well. Tbh,you need to get this sorted more on your own because if it gets late, your employer will be helpless to do anything about it re...

Re: Switch from Tier 5 YMS to FLR (M) - (No) right to work?

Since your spouse is British, it might be easier to apply from Canada if your application can't be renewed from within. You can do this as you're married to a British and as long your spouse meets the financial requirements of 18600 and all other requirements. Sine the YMS isn't clear cut,you wouldn...

Hope more experienced members can chip in but it will be advisable to get a job before then,on the other hand I think you can apply 28 days before then, you can then make it same day application if it's straightforward and he will still be working, I don't know if that makes sense to you though?

You only need to submit your decree absolute, that other question isn't very clear but if I get you right, you might need to send each passport page & data page. some do say it's better if you certify it as well.
