Re: NEW Immigration Act 2014 Dates

I don't really think people believe they have right to live here or it's a must,as many that have been here have done so on the basis of finding a better life, for their future and their children. For this, one should be ever grateful. Even if you're born here someone sacrificed something and it could...

But in my covered letter I mentioned that it's a two bed shared flat and rented individua...

If you need to meet financial requirements, don't risk it even if you fall short by just a pound.it is non negotiable. As you can use combine income, why not go that route.

Re: Please Help- Financial requirments

It's your gross earning they want to see which should be minimum of 1550 monthly.Having overdraft is no issue, there's no where it's stated that you can't have an overdraft as long as you clear it monthly. I don't know if living in a council house is a problem someone might help with that. As long a...

I thought sponsors are to submit documents from UK?isn't it going to be dealt with in Sheffield? going 4th n submitting 6th,y not try and sort it out b4 going,so you don't end up stressing yourself unnecessarily.just a suggestion though.

Re: spouse visa - tricky accommodation requirement

If the tenancy is in your name, that's straightforward then, just get letter from your landlord that he's got no objection to your wife moving in and make sure you still have 6 months at least on your agreement. If it's not your name on the tenancy agreement that might be a bit tricky and to be honest...

Re: spouse visa - tricky accommodation requirement

You need an assured shorthold tenancy agreement and because landlord lives in with you, that wouldn't meet the criteria. It might be better for you to look for another place to save a lot of headache. I've had to change applying now to get this sorted too. Property inspection is the best way to valid...

Re: Spouse Visa Granted but TB test certificate expired.ADVI

That shouldn't be something to worry about, immigration officers are human being like you,you can explain to him or her or simply tell your hubby to bring it along to the airport,if you're asked, tell the officer your hubby has got it and they can see it if bent on that.
