Re: Visa for partner

I'm sure the rule says you must have met but I guess they understand arranged marriage.if what you're saying is that you haven't got contact like mails and means of communication, I will suggest you start doing it now till August, you can then explain the reason why you haven't been able to supply 6 ...

Re: passport data page.

Thank you sohopeful,it's just crazy that even if one is a born British or naturalised one,one still goes through all this madness to marry who you want!I don't think people from EU have to go through this in having their partners with them? May be if we immigrants have voted we wouldn't be in this k...

passport data page.

Please need your advice, is it only the passport data page one needs to submit or all the pages even if the passport hasn't been used at all?
I find no place where it's stated passport must be certified, would this be an issue if I don't?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Employer's letter

Hi, It seems you're not getting my point, when I said, add up I thought you understood the calculation, why don't you just read through this forum first,it will help a lot. There's a calculation on how to go about it,which must be followed to the letter. As you're in non salaried employment, you can us...

Re: Employer's letter

My advice is for you to get another letter before you apply, these things are none negotiable. Employment letter(s)who issued the pay slips (must show all of the following): *employment and gross annual salary, *length of employment, *period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary ...

Re: Boyfriend caught by British Transport Police

I suggest you calm down and not make hasty decision, like you said in your post that you know him well and won't do whatever he's accused of,why not wait for him to be cleared first,so it doesn't end up looking like it's because of what he's done that you're rushing the application? As long as he ha...

Re: Home office withdrew day before.... Help?

Don't be surprised if they don't call soon again,I guess they've done their part,it's not often they call so soon tbh.You might need to mail them or just go the the consular office, this will depend on the response your hubby gave though.

Re: Visa Application Refused with Ban without any wrongdoing

Well, that's Ok,I guess you have a limited time to appeal that's why I was talking about reapplying, but it's OK. But your HR department should be able to give you letter supporting your application because the ECO has stated something different to what he was told. I believe if you package your appe...

Re: Visa Application Refused with Ban without any wrongdoing

If you appeal that will definitely take months, you can reapply if you can afford it.You need to write a letter explaining why you believe the officer that treated your application initially wasn't fair to you. If your HR can also give you some of the correspondence that might help. Secondly, as you ...
