Re: Do i actually need a divorce certificate for my ex-wife

I haven't used that in a derogatory manner,I am a foreigner and most of us were.
My point is,if someone has got more than one wife and he's not British, they will recognize one of the wives, one doesn't have to divorce any of the wives for UK law.
But I'm sorry if anyone is offended by the word I used.

Re: Need Help on VAF4A - Page 5 & 6

It will be category b but you need to put ALL your payslips adding up to the required amount of 18600 or more as the case may be.
Don't forget to add employment letters in this case.
There is a space for additional information and it makes sense to explain this as well.

Re: Do i actually need a divorce certificate for my ex-wife

Another way you can go about this,is to denounce your British citizenship and then do it the way you wanna do it,I know foreigners who have more than one wife in uk

Re: need help on housing inspection/overcrowding pls.

Bartleykhan,
Thanks for taking your time to respond. Can we just conclude that living in shared house exposes an applicant or sponsor to more scrutiny then?
your advise is greatly valued.

Re: Spouse visa documents list, do they sound OK???

Tbbcuk, Please, find that employment contract, you've got a good chance than to ruin it with just one mistake.Get contract of employment, letter from your employer stating your gross annual income, the duration of the employment, stating it's fulltime, the nature of the job. Think you need to get more i...

technical question on accommodation

@ so hopeful, it's a scenario,I haven't got addresses on documents but will if I move to acceptable accommodation to meet the requirement. technical question on accommodation

@lukapooka,so all you could bring out of my question is "technical"? I don't think that's the best attitude I expect from you and I'm offended by that, you could have ignored my question instead of trying to ridicule me and the reason for that I don't understand. I noticed you try to belitt...

help from gurus on proofing relationship is subsisting

to the knowledgeables! Does it matter the time i get accomodation?if documents to be supplied are for 6 months, does it matter if i get accomodation very close to the time of application, cos i wouldn't need it before then? Secondly, assuming it doesn't matter, that means i will have 2 different address...
