My point is,if someone has got more than one wife and he's not British,they will recognize one of the wives,one doesn't have to divorce any of the wives for UK law.

It will be category b but you need to put ALL your payslips adding up to the required amount of 18600 or more as the case may be.
Don't forget to add employment letters in this case.

Another way you can go about this,is to denounce your British citizenship and then do it the way you wanna do it,I know foreigners who have more than one wife in uk
