Re: Subsistence allowance affecting gross pay

Are you saying the money is being deducted before your gross?if that's the case, then you'll need to use the stated gross.
Hope someone more experience can add something to it though.

Re: Subsistence allowance affecting gross pay

Just a personal opinion, haven't really come across this before but I think all deductions from your income is still yours, just like taxes are yours before being deducted.
I think you should calculate base on your gross pay before any other deductions.

Re: overtime calculation

Length of employment is how long you've been working for your employer, it could be months or years. May be you should go and read the financial requirement again, people have been refused for not providing letter as specified on this forum, look through and you'll find one or two. It's just an advice...

Re: overtime calculation

The actual amount must be stated in your employer's letter, the letter is from your employer not you.
Telling them you were sick can actually cause more confusion in my opinion, it has no effect, even if they will refuse the application, financial requirement can't be compromised for anything.

Re: overtime calculation

That's 9384.59,multiply by 2, 18769.18. You're fine with this, The letter they want from your employer to calculate your annual income should be based on your income in the last 6 months, multiply by 2 to give your projected annual income, NOT,what you were told when taken the job. To then cover your...

Re: overtime calculation

That means you have total gross for each month right? That's what you need.we'll sort it out if you can state your gross for each month. Secondly, forget you're salaried for now, just state what your gross is in the last 6 month for your first job. Because your income varies each month,it goes up and...

Re: overtime calculation

You should be fine with the second job if you've done that for 6 month. I was just concern about your employer stating your annual income is 17000,that might cause a confusion but with the second job,you should be fine. Does it mean your overtime is paid separately or it comes with your monthly inco...

Re: Application under process - Salary Increment

How will that affect your application? If you met the financial requirement before,it doesn't affect your application, it's actually easier for them to confirm your income from HMRC than your employer I reckon.

Calm down, they can't refuse you because of that, with every other things you submitted they would realised it's a minor mistake, the form on its own is a bit confusing.

Re: Regarding Annual Leave Letter

She doesn't necessarily need to,the reason it's advised to be in UK is just in case home office want to confirm anything from your sponsor tbh.
Pls note: your financial documents, payslips, bank statements and all that must not be older than 28 days,or that can cause a refusal

Ok,let's treat the financial requirement first,if you look at page 19 of financial requirement Case study 5.1.7,Example C,you'll realise that anyhow you divide it,it's not going to be 1550 for the last month of the application. I sponsored my girlfriend and one of my payslips wasn't 1550 if that wil...

If you can get original fine, if not just tell them to stamp it or state in your letter that payslips are mailed to you.
