Not talking from my experience but the advice on the forum has been that PCNs are not to be disclosed unless you contested in court and lost the case. The FPN can also be ignored as there is only one in the past 12 months and it was paid in full and not escalated to the courts.
Same day is ok for the NCS appt, the important date to note is that you were in the country exactly 5 years prior (3 if you are applying as a spouse) to the day that the HO receive your app
There are no guarantees when it comes to discretion, all you can do is provide all the documents to support your case and add details on the additional information page, but you should also be prepared to accept the consequences if your case fails to meet their absences discretion criteria (you coul...
1. As long as the FPN was paid and not contested in court, you do not need to disclose it on application and no need to send the licence /counterpart (but licence may be required if used as proof of ID when taking the LIUK test) 2. Again as the late payment was cleared when the demand was made, it s...
As advised, you do not prove residency using payslips, you need to show your residency permit stamps on your passport ( work permit, T1, T2, HSMP..... etc) for 5 years and 1 yr ILR (Biometric Residency Permit).
Under the present address (1.16) you are being asked "Please state the date that you moved into this address", once you provide this date, I am sure they will be able to calculate that you have been living at the same address for 7 years so you can safely ignore 1.17
The acknowledgement is only sent out once they have deducted the fees and registered your application on their systems. If you look at the various time lines for Naturalisation, they are still collecting fees from around 24/25 Oct 13.
New one should be sufficient (even if it has expired), unless you graduated with a MSc from Uni of Manchester? In which case you will not need IELTS as the MSc was awarded in the UK
My advice would be the same as that given by maximux79, take a print out of the PBS calc specific to the 10 points for education and submit the degree cert and transcripts (if you have the transcript).
The requirement is that you include the ID used for the LiUK test but there isn't much you can do at the moment. Just wait for your application to be registered on their system (usually happens after the fees have been deducted) and wait for them to request for the missing document. It might get los...
Fill in the PBS points based calculator here: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator If it awards you 10 points, then you do not need a NARIC cert to prove your qualification meets the English level requirements. Just print the results of the PBS calculation and attach with your original...
Pls see this link on HO website: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/settlement/knowledge-language-life/demonstrating/ Specifically the paragraph: "UK NARIC regularly update the online points based calculator with information about various degrees. If you obtained a degree overs...
According to this link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/settlement/knowledge-language-life/demonstrating/ As long as you send a print out of the PBS points calculator showing you are awarded 10 points for your degree, you do not need a NARIC cert. "UK NARIC regularly update t...
Pls refer to this post: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?p=946145#946145 The general advice is that if the PBS points calculator gives you 10 points for your UK qualification, you automatically qualify. This info can be found on the link below: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-i...
For question 1.22 on Form AN, tick the first box "I have passed life ......" and fill in the test number
tick the option "I have obtained an academic qualification ....." AND
then tick option (ii) - "the qualification was taught or researched in the UK ....."
Nope sorry, could not find anything in the guidance regarding substitution of a passport for a naturalisation cert. Technically it should be possible for them to look up your passport details from the cert but if in doubt, submit a copy of the passport so that there aren't any delays.
No is the answer, You have to wait a full year without immigration restrictions (ILR) before applying for BC and must have been in the UK exactly 5 yrs prior to date of application (3 if spouse of BC).
Have noticed a few requests for time line analysis and estimated dates and I had a spreadsheet that I was using for the same function so thought I'd share it with you. Let me know if you spot errors that I have missed or improvements to it.
