If settled status date was before the child's birth, then yes you can use that. If you have the email, yes send that. OMG, I didn't know I can keep my PR card.

Does her father settle status counts too? he's granted on Indefinite Leave in the United Kingdom,
under Appendix EU to the Immigration Rules on 3 May 2019. So if I send HO the link(they have a link to prove, no paper but an email with a letter).
