I am also facing a same situation,

Had my appeal on 30th january

appeal allowed on 06th feb and

HO requested to apply to UT on 15th FEb

so now will wait and c.

Normal processing time is varies case to case, if u will go through some posts some have recieved in 5 weeks where some cases took 12 weeks as well. It's something unpredictable. You can call up them after 12 weeks to find out.

Of course, the process is apply to UT through FT, if denied from FT directly aplply to UT, ur 3c will continue but I just kept in short if in case u still don't get permission in UT than....3c ends here.

As far as I know you are eligible for 10years ilr, as u left country and came back as well with valid visa. According to my knowledge you can disregard 6 months if u Have stayed outside uk.

@ entreprenour123, yes u can be, as far as ur registered for PAYE. But of course you can not consider ur self one of the full time employee u have to appoint. It's always a good idea to pay ur self monthly.

@rehan, actually mine came on 1st lass post, last Thursday. My hearing was on 30th January and I recieved letter on 5th feb. letter was posted on 04th feb. hope u will get on Monday by latest or as therock mentioned u can call n ask.

@huehue, it's your decision to choose the lawyer to represent ur case, in this case I don't think so u can claim your money which u spend towards ur lawyer.

You can appeal and wait for the date, till that time you can prepare ur self to leave if u wish, as well as prepare all the documents that shows the money still available to you at the time of ur appeal (paper or oral).
