Re: appeal allowed but ho appeal against ft decision

Hi, kkadia In this case you need to wait for the date and mean while just get all the documents ready. If possible prepare your self for any questions to answer and get the letter from third party declaration and sign. Have you got any solicitor? Business trading activities will help you in this cas...

Re: Appeal Granted But Remitted to respondent

I think, FT has allowed your appeal but by seeing the scenario of ur case they have asked HO to reconsider the case With all new documents you provided with your appeal bundle. So now HO ppl do have right to challenge this decision. Good luck.

Re: Appeal dismissed now going to UT

@zaidii, this will break ur continuation of legal stay. But while applying for ilr, in that case ur overstay period will be disregarded. As far as you are making application within 28 days period after any appeal rejection or denying of UT application. Hope that will help.

Re: Appeal refusal- Re-apply-10 year long residency

@smir, u can try to ask about the opportunity taking extension on student visa. For this u can go to same day service and get ur visa approved. By Doing this you will be playing safe for ur LR. Take the right desision. good luck.

Re: Appeal refusal- Re-apply-10 year long residency

@mszafar, my advise is to make a fresh application within 28 days since they rejected ur application to UT. IN this case you will be overstayer but I have been told by my solicitor, this overstayer period doesn't affect 10years law. I don't have a reference of this but as far as I know He is quite r...

A unique one, since 2 years new numbers are getting generated from 0203 instead of 0208/0207, which can be proved very easily as far as number is right n answerable. As a proof a bill should be alright... That's what I think. You stand a very high chance to get through this appeal.

Good luck.

you are also right, @ olasunkanmi, each case will be judge differently as i have read many topics on appeal.I will be lucky enough if they will just stick to the relevant refusal point. but even if I will be questioned about business or other things, I am sure I can satisfy them with the answer.
