Re: 10 years long residence applications

I have gone through many posts and through some friends experience that getting in touch with MP isn't making much difference. As they are also getting reply from HO that your case is under consideration. So from my point of view I would just wait. You can still wait for experts to answer. Good luck.

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Thanks for prompt reply. You were in tier 1 general. Right? Did they checked all documents of your current visa? Also I have tried to send pm. But it isn't delivered yet. Is there anyway I can contact? As I have few more questions.

Tahir, don't feel bad bro. The reason he asked you to post your query on correct thread so you can get answer from the relevant experienced people. As this thread is for set Lr probably you might not get desirable answers due to lack of experience. Somehow let's wait if anyone has any experience on ...

Re: I HAVE A APPEAL DUE IN JULY NEED QUICK HELP PLX

1. Not sure about market research 2.if you have hired solicitor he would be able to defend with his relevant points. But you make sure that you provide a new contract and submit with the bundle. 3.this point is pointless, error from HO which will be easily eliminated if you already have provided in ...

Re: Appeal allowed but HO appeal against the decison.

Well if I see ur case than its in your favour. As there is no place where they have asked specifically market research doc or business plan. Also you have done marketing as per your knowledge so it's been done that's more than enough. Don't worry you will any how win I think.
