Earliest application date

Hi.

Spouse visa, 2nd extension ends January 2024.

My question is when is the earliest we can apply before January 24 for indefinite leave to remain please?

Appeal date has been set for the beginning of January. The appliction form was filled online and states "TYPE OF VISA / APPLICATION: Family Route" Application was submitted before visa expiry both spouses working and earning way above £18k All documents were taken to the designated office and scanned. Is that what you mean by red route please?...

We have got the spouse visa but the TB certifictae expired in May 2018.

My question is that do we need to get a new certificate when travelling to the UK or will the old TB certifictae be ok?
