On 27th August, HO will have to publish the applications data for April-June, so I bet we will see the first approvals this week or next. They will need to show that some progress has been made. Guys - Don't forget its summer holidays here in the UK and most of the case workers would be on holidays. They get 38 days paid holidays and case workers with kids would make use of it all during school holidays - wouldn't you?!! I would like to think that this would remain the case until the school...

She was granted leave on the 25th of October 2013 and its valid until my Tier 1 General expiry i.e. 10th June 2014. That would be when i am going to apply for ILR, hence why all this confusion :)
