You should have gone for judicial review after your refusal. I think your best option is to reapply as a sole applicant with sole access to the funds. You can apply Separate However £50k must be in Joint A/C

We team had applied separately however it was refused NOT because we applied Separately. It was refused because £50k was not in Joint A/C
