entrant salary if changing company While on tier

Hi, I am on Tier 2 general visa at the moment and planning to change the company. I understand I need the COS but wanted to ask about the salary. It says 20300 for new entrants which was applied when I switched from PSW to Tier 2. It states 26000 for experienced workers. I was wondering which salary...

Re: RLMT

I also believe that I will need an unrestricted COS ? and salary requirements as the experienced workers under SOC list ?
Thanks

Re: Tier 2 extension and ILR

Thanks, just a bit confused with 'current rules' thing. As per the current rules I dont see any minimum salary requirements for ILR. However, after 2016 it will 35k per annum for ILR. Since, I came under Tier 2 general before 2016, what rules will be applied on me for ILR ?

Re: Tier 2 extension and ILR

Thanks for your reply Manci, does that mean I have to go though RLMT/ SOC rules and also pay the fees and everything again ? Also, you mentioned about 'current rules' for ILR. Are these the existing rules or the rules which will be at the time of applying. I will appreciate if you may reply for thes...

Tier 2 Unrestricted or restricted for PSW

My company is applying for my COS, but we are a bit confused whether to go for Restricted or Unrestricted COS ? Is it the job that matters or is the current VISA status which is PSW in my case ? Another question is, what is the maximum time the visa can be granted through Unrestricted COS, 3 years I...
