English Test & Visa Extension.

Hi All,

My wife's visa will have to be renewed soon and I am wondering if she has to sit the English Test again.

She has the IELTS certificate from when she first applied for her spousal visa 2 years ago.

Please advise.

Kind regards

Free \Childcare and Benefits.

Hi,

I would like to find out if the free 15 hours/week for over 2 years old children on Visa with a note: "No recourse to public fund" is considered to be a public fund and whether it will affect the visa renewal.

Thanks

Re: Marriage Allowance & Public Fund!

Thank you Casa. by looking at the application, it clear that my wife (who is under immigration control) will be transferring the allowance to me who is making between £10,601 and £42,385 and her not working. So is this not classed as: she is the one who is claiming and by doing so she is breaching t...

Re: Marriage Allowance & Public Fund!

Thank you all for your reply.

Yes as in my email my currently is not working. Does this mean that when she starts work, I can apply for the allowance and that this will not affect her visa in the future.

Thanks a lot.

Re: claiming Child/working Tax credit with No(R.T.P.Fund)

Thank you very much CR001, I tried to use the website and when I inserted that my spouse is on No recourse to public fund, it did not permit me to go any further.
