Re: UK Spouse Visa Query

Send all documents directly to Sheffield in a bundle. They will know your application from the GWF number and also your application will be in the bundle anyway! Include everything in the bundle in a logical order, no staples, no fancy folders, index etc. Thank you so much for the quick reply Londe...

Re: UK Spouse Visa Query

Hello there, Is it necessary to photocopy each and everything? For instance, online travel confirmation can be used as an evidence under the heading of Relationship. It doesn't matter if such documents are not returned back as we can print again. Photocopying can add to the weight of the final subm...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

Just P60s and letter from employer is enough. Employment is not a requirement for naturalisation and they can check your tax records etc with HMRC anyway based on what you put on form. Will the P60 be enough to prove that I've lived in UK, continuously, for last 5 years? However, I'm also getting m...

1. Yes should be fine. 2. No 3. You can use any NCS at any council. Regarding referees, would the following two be accepted for my application, without any issues? 1. My Line Manager - British, Director or the Company 2. My colleague - British I've worked in the same company for 5+ years now. Thank...

Re: Travelled to Spain without BRP - Unable to return back!!

You can apply for a single entry brp in Spain at the embassy. It takes a couple of days to issue. You should have postponed your travel. It is not the airlines fault, you don't have original proof of your right to reside in the UK. Photocopies are not accepted unfortunately. Hi CR001, I'm in the si...

you will find your answers among the FAQs above. Things are not looking bad for you on this issue. Thanks for your reply.
