Thanks for the reply, how do you know it is the same address? Entering the postcodes on Google maps it shows two different places.

Re: HELP - Error on Life in the UK test certificate!

I have contacted the UKBA and they told me to do nothing and wait, if they need more information then they'll ask for it. I'm still very worried. I have also found that in my Life in the UK test it says Nationality as "Algeria" rather than "Algerian"! More problems!

I feel as though I should contact the UKBA to tell them of the error - could anyone advise me how? I've contacted them by email but I don't have a reference number or anything, what can I do?

Naturalisation - proof of date 5 years before application

In the naturalisaiton eligibility page it states: "been present in the UK five years before the date of your application;" - I have been in the UK from 1999 and haven't gone outside England since then - how can I prove that I was present five years before? I was 15, so had no work.

Naturalisation - 1.17 past addresses

For section 1.16 (present address) I have listed the house of which I'm living in now. In section 1.17 (provide your addresses for the past five years) I'm unsure what to put in because I've been living in one address for around 7 years, but the section has a from and a "to" section. What ...

Naturalisation - Criminal record at 14

When I was 14 I was with a friend who was stealing (I didn't steal anything). The police caught him and took both our details down but took him to the police station and he later got a warning and had to do some community service I believe. They never contacted me again. At another time (I forgot wh...

I am sure your english level is equivalent to UKBA requirements times 20. But that is not the point. Equivalent or actual real life practical or theoretical english skills is not the issue. The issue is, does the writing on your paper match what they require. The quick and best way is http://englis...

Why email them? They have made all the requirements public, and the whole world has access to their requirements. It does not matter if you have lived in UK for 14 years or 140 years. It does not matter if you have never been to school or you have 1000 GCSEs They have their requirements. You either...
