Unlikely they do. The payment slips are probably destroyed once payment is taken to avoid your details being used fraudulently. What is the purpose of your question though?? HO is right in the decision coz they have cleared in the policy guidance the letter must show the name of applicant. HO will easily defend their point in the court. You fight your appeal in the court but get your fresh application ready.....this is only solution in my sight.

Brother its deception and HO and Court take it really serious, It has to be wiped off your history or you will be in a bigger mess withdrawing your appeal. See some professional solicitor.

And if you manage to apply then there is no appeal right if refused.
