Re: Sister-in-law family visit visa refusal-help

I can understand that how much it is important for you to bring someone here as i went through the same situation. My Sister in Law arrived on the same day when my baby was born. I personally don't think that the religious studies will help her getting Visa. The only thing that can help is the docum...

Re: Sister-in-law family visit visa refusal-help

You had mentioned in the previous application that she will be staying for 5 months. Now in the second application if you mention or even give the proof that she is studying. How are you going to justify the 5 months leave from study?

If I was at your position, I would have applied for someone else.

Re: Sister-in-law family visit visa refusal-help

It will be very difficult to get a visa for the person who does not do anything. She is neither a house wife nor she work or study. I sponsored my sister in Law (My brother's wife) and my Niece. They refused both applications because they did not attached my brother's Iqama as they both were on Depe...

Hi Guys, I have ILR and live in 1 Bedroom flat with my wife and two children. My Sister's family wants to visit me in UK. I have to send them Invitation documents and proof that I can accommodate them here in the UK. They don't want me to sponsor them as they have strong financial statements and ass...

Re: Can Home Office revoke ILR? Please suggest.

Yes they can revoke ILR but in your case you got your ILR as spouse of british citizen. You can fight your case in the court and most likely win. They are unlikely to check your previous educational documents but It seems like it will be you who is going to tell them and get in trouble. I will sugge...

Re: Travelling back with UK born son - have Pakistani passpo

If you and your wife had not separated then the procedure was very simple. The child could travel with Passport and NICOP only and come back after getting the entry clearance visa from Pakistan. But in your case, If you get visa from here it will be good but it will become more complicated in Pakist...

Re: Tax Question ! Urgent ....ILR

I would suggest you to pay the tax on the Dividend amount you showed to H.O. They are checking the Tax in most of the cases and specially when you need high earning and you declared Employment+Self employment, then they are more lickely to check that. You will only be able to explain them your posit...

Re: Paying TAX In Payment Plan With HMRC...

H.O have nothing to do how you pay your tax to HMRC. They just want you to declare the same accounts to HMRC what you showed them. As long as HMRC is happy to make instalments there is not an issue but if you don't pay according to the plan and they send you notice for debt collections and you have ...

Re: questions regarding 10 year ILR application

My suggestion is to take a PEO appointment in May and apply for ILR under partner of BC and you will have enough time left to apply under 10 years rule in case if your application gets rejected. If you are married to BC since 2 years and have all the proofs that you are living together than you shou...

After you have got your ILR, no problem those benefit claims being made. Also, given your daughter was born in the UK, you can make an application for her to be Registered as a British Citizen, under section 1(3), an entitlement application, no UKBA discretion involved. Thank you very much John. Wh...

I think you only have to show your earnings when you are going for extension or ILR for the last 12 months only then pay taxes accordingly. You dont have to maintain through out five years. R u sure?? coz a friend of mine told me that on airport they r sending people back and in HO they r checking ...

If you are applying ILR on 10 years basis then you dont need to do anything. Just pay the Tax on the earnings you showed at the time of Tier 1 Extension. After if you business is going in loss, it will not effect your ILR under 10 years route.
