On the IAF2 form there are two choices .1)For an appeal to be determined at an Oral Hearing £140.00
2)For an appeal to be determined on the papers provided £80.00.Can some one provide some help,which one should be selected.

About the property inspection certificate you need to speak to your council or any estate agent.Personally i didnt submit one.Lots of other guys can help you with that.Stay blessed and pray for us.
