Now can I use my current passport number with my UK ancestry or does it have to be the new passport number (which I don't even have yet!). One other thing, I'm returning to the UK a month before my Ancestry visa expires, should I have a return ticket? I'm applying for ILR.

I'm on UK Ancestry :)

And this is my last absence until ILR I'll be away around 4 months this time (due to my UK employer).

Every other absence has been less than 3 months too up to this one.
