90 days rule with different category of visas

Hello Experts,

I got my entry clearance as T2 ICT in Feb 2010 and switched to T2 General within country valid till 2017. My date of entry in UK was Apr 2010.
Can I apply 28 days before Feb2015 which means entry via T2 ICT and now on T2 G but taking 90 days concession?

Thanks for reading my post.

Hello Experts, I have two queries for my ILR application. I am currently on T2 G (switched from T2 ICT). 1. My employer provides letter on online pdf format and we can take printouts of it. This means that the employer letter would have company's logo but it will not be on pre printed letter head. T...

Thanks for your reply and help, dk.
I assume that you mean I can apply 28 days before Jan 2015 (5th anniversary of Visa Stamping) even though I have my valid visa till 2017.

Re: English Requirement

1. English Requirement is only for Main Applicant and not for dependents. By the way if you want to check if your wife's degree qualifies for scoring you can check it in http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator . This is just for info as you need not to prove this to UKBA for dependent vis...

Re: English Requirement

in 2010 there was no requirement for English for T2 ICT entry clearance, English was only required for T2 ICT extensions beyond 3 years. Now even that requirement has been removed. If in 2010 you nevertheless submitted a document for English that would satisfy today's requirements that is good. Tak...

Is it sufficient to have Job ID in Sponsor note?

Hi,

My employer missed putting the Job Id in RLMT details section of CoS. End date and source are all mentioned. Is it sufficient to add a sponsor note with Job id or a new CoS should be issued?
Please suggest.
