European Second Passport???

I found a website of a lawyer firm that promise to get me a european passport within 7 weeks or money back.

Irish used to offer passports if you invested 1 million pounds.

If they are that much confident ask them to process your claim payment will be made if they are successful in getting you the passport

also ask them for any contacts for the people whose applications they have processed

If you are wealthy enough, why not immigrate to a country like the United Kingdom or Australia as an investor and get a perfectly legitimate passport after 4-6 years?
