create two jobs?

create two jobs?

hi everyone , i got enterpreneur visa in feb . my questions are regarding job creation. please advice me regarding this
1) i have to create 2 jobs simultaneously?
2) all the employees should be british / have permission to work?
3) i have to employment to two people upto 5 years?

for extention,
you need to create 2 job in last 12 months OR 1 job in last 24 monhts of your current three year visa. you can understand better in guidance policy. and yes employee need to be british/EU national.

this is my understanding but do confirm with someone else

1) i have to create 2 jobs simultaneously?

Ans: Not necessarily simultaneously, you can employ someone at anytime within the 3yrs duration of your visa, but to qualify for extension the employment duration should all come to 24months full-time. So the combination is left to you to decide.

Example:

1 full-time worker for 24months qualify for extension
2 full-time worker for 12months each qualify for extension
2 part-time worker for 24months each qualify for extension
4 part-time worker for 12months each qualify for extension

You can also combine as follow;

1 full-time worker for 12months + 1 part-time worker for 24months also qualify for extension
1 full-time worker for 18months + 1 part-time worker for 12months also qualify for extension

The combination is your choice, you just need to have employ someone/people for a total of 24months full-time role within the 3yrs.


2) all the employees should be british / have permission to work?

Ans: Either British worker, settled workers, EU citizens.
You can employ someone on visa, but such individual cannot be use for the award of points to meet employment criteria.


3) i have to employment to two people upto 5 years?

Ans: This area is a grey one as some says its just for first extension while some say its also for settlement.

My own opinion is that applicant should continue to employ workers as HO might raise any question as to why employment was only for the period of extension and not settlement.
But the requirement at the moment just state that the investment should be for the first 3yrs and also the employment should also be for the first 3yrs.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

i have one more question:
1) i sent ukba investment certificate by charted accountant of £18,000 , they do not returned it with my documents , so they accept my investment? i also showed £50,000 in my acc.

@ roop, if you have proof that the £18,000 was invested in your business, then yes you can use it for your next extension. HO not returning the investment certificate does not affect you at all if you have evidence for the investment. You only need to invest the rest £32,000 to qualify for extension.
