450 Days Query Yet Again

Dear Users & Experts,

I have read the forum, but still feel like getting advise on following.

Me & my wife have applied together for Citizenship on 07/02/2014. (after 1 year on ILR) My wife has following absences since she arrived in August 2007

01/06/2008 - 22/06/2008 = 20 days
14/03/2009 - 31/05/2009 = 77 days
23/06/2010 - 08/07/2010 = 14 days
07/04/2011 - 18/09/2011 = 163 days
16/06/2012 - 22/12/2012 = 188 days

So, in last 5 years she was away for 442 days. I believe upto 450 days are allowed. We don't own home in UK and our Daughter is British Citizen. (born in UK)

Will UKBA accept her absences?

That should be fine.

Just write clearly the number of total days out of the country.

How many days have you been absent in the last 12 months?

I wouldn't worry in your place. I was absent 120 days in the last 12 months and I appllied for discretion.
