If you have access of £50 K then entrepreneur, Otherwise go back on to student visa until unless you can get Tier 2 which is too complicated now.

I would say best Visa option would be spousal visa. If not, then entrepreneur if you have a business idea and access to funds or tier two if you have a sponsor as cpmlkhan said.

Failing that, I believe its a flight home
