Appeal heard on 7th january No Decision made yet :(

dear members,

i am in such a difficult situation i just dont really know what is really happening on the day of appeal my appeal was heard so late due to case was on float......finally end of the day one judge decided to hear my appeal but there was no HO rep was there.....so judge continue the hearing but didnt said anything regarding HO rep or anything he heard my appeal till 5:35PM normally never happens in courts as per my barrister. since then i am waiting for decision when i am calling to FTT they always says decision is still with the judge and we are waiting from judge..........really confused, does anyone has the same issue? please share your experience...thanks

my lawyer has received the decision today i am happy to inform that my appeal has been allowed i dont know full details of it but once i ll receive the letter from him i will mention it here. many thanks

thank you very much rehan01 i wish you good luck and i know your appeal will go through insha Allah. May Allah(SWT) make it easy for all of brothers sisters here who are struggling at the moment due to HO. my solicitor just said to me that appeal is allowed he havent told me full description but later on his assistant i have texted her and ask her to send me the letter or scan it to me she just she will do it on monday........but i just asked her is the appeal is allowed as full or is it for reconsideration......she texted me back and saying its fully allowed Alhamdo lillah.

Congratulations @Sad1, that is very good news, I still have not heard from the tribunal yet and I am freaking out, I have completed my 10 years LR on the 7th of February and this is making me more nervous now. I emailed tribunal's customer services and keeping my fingers crossed.

Just updating, my appeal has been allowed, received determination yesterday without the full judgement, hopefully the home office will not appeal to UT, as I have completed my 10 years LR on 7th of February 2014. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Just updating, my appeal has been allowed, received determination yesterday without the full judgement, hopefully the home office will not appeal to UT, as I have completed my 10 years LR on 7th of February 2014. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
