court hearing- 18th dec 2013
appeal allowed - 10 jan 2014
fee refunded - 28 jan 2014
BRP & othe docs - still waiting

Keep patience dear, we all are in same boat, I am near to complete 12weeks after appeal decission, & few are even waiting longer then me. Your appeal was allowed on 7th of Feb my gentle advice is keep good 8 to 12 weeks in your mind as according to HO this is standard time for them to respond after appeals won by applicants, it may come up early as well but usually HO don't do that.
Wish you best of luck & yeah I can understand the pain we all are going through.
