main applicant and depedants applications

HI,

I am on tier 1 visa with 2 successful extensions (entry in August 09 and last visa extended on 17 Jan 14 valid for 3 years) I have visited my home country because of emergency. We are visiting to UK after 2.5 years. I will return back to UK within 2 weeks and my family will join me after 3 months.

I am planning to apply for ILR in July 14. Can above circumstances will jeopardise my as well as dependant's applications.

Also I have a child born in UK and am planning to apply for his visa from home country soon.
