HELP WITH REGARDS TO CLAIMING BENEFIT

I would appreciate if someone can advice me regarding claiming benefit. I am on ILR while my wife and little son are still subject to immigration control. my son was born outside the UK and hes visa shows NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUND. my questions are

1. can i claim child benefit with regards to my son?
2. can I claim Child DLA and CTC as well? I want to be sure if i can do this as i don't want anything to affect my wife and son application later down the line.
any advice will be highly appreciated.
